甜薯粉絲100%由甜薯澱粉製造, 因此更爽滑煙韌。粉絲於攝氏100度的熱水下煮熟, 麵身會變軟, 並且耐嚼。放置時間變長, 也不會容易發漲。不使用明礬, 更健康美味。
使用說明
煮用方法
1.當水煮至沸騰時,把適當份量的粉絲放入沸水中, 直接烹煮約6分鐘
2.把粉粉從沸水中移離, 並用冷水沖洗2-3次, 沖洗完後, 把粉絲氽水
3.氽水後, 把粉絲製作韓式涼拌粉絲雜菜或把粉絲混入不同料理中, 如燉湯, 烤肉(韓式燒烤), 使粉絲更加美味可口
