最正宗的日本年糕!
100%日本國內產糯米制成,用搗杵方法一臼一臼搗出的年糕塊。不管是燒烤、火鍋、炒、煮都可以!
口感Q彈香糯,自然素樸,淡淡米味,軟軟糯糯,可以做成不同的日本傳統美食。
燒烤法是日本最傳統的吃法,把年糕表面用刀劃出十字形,放在燒烤網上,烤約4-5分鐘後,等年糕微微炸開之後即可停止烘烤,再等待1分鐘左右後取出品嘗,記得火的大小要自己調節。
喜歡的話還可以放在紅豆湯粥裏品嘗!就成了紅豆年糕湯(日文裡,這叫做切り餅善哉,善哉指得是紅豆湯)
烤起的日式年糕,表面慢慢變成焦黃,散發淡淡的米香,醬油和年糕,是意外地很配搭呢!
年糕也可用水煮軟,沾黃豆粉或黑芝麻粉,微微甜味加上口感軟軟糯糯,非常美味。
